GREYHAWK, an award-winning construction management and consulting firm, has named two current firm leaders to its board of directors. Director of Construction Management and Commissioning Services Robert J. Dinan, PE, CCM, LEED AP, and Director of Consulting Services Fritz T. Marth, PE, CFCC, will represent internal perspectives on the six-person governing board. Their appointments were effective 4 August 2025.
“Rob and Fritz bring valued internal perspectives to the board of directors, representing our construction management, commissioning, and consulting services,” said GREYHAWK CEO and Chairman Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP. “Both consistently deliver expert guidance to our clients and staff. Their input on the board will continue to shape GREYHAWK’s continued innovation and success.”
A decorated, retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, Dinan has 30 years of construction management experience and has led GREYHAWK’s involvement on over $300 million of new construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
Marth has 35 years of construction consulting experience and has led claims analyses on over $3 billion in construction projects. In addition to directing GREYHAWK’s consulting practice, he also serves as a testifying expert.
Both Dinan and Marth were promoted to director in early 2025. Dinan joined the firm in 2002, and Marth came on board in 2008. Their board appointments demonstrate further recognition of their contributions to GREYHAWK.
GREYHAWK’s board was established in 2021 when the company transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The six-person board includes four members who represent GREYHAWK internal and employee interests and two independent board members who share external input. Together, they provide advice related to projects and services and guidance around operational and financial management.
