Ronald C. Kerins Jr., CCM, LEED AP

Ron Kerins has 30 years of experience representing owners as a construction consultant in the areas of project and program management, value engineering, contract administration, cost control, scheduling and construction claims.

Ron holds a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University, as well as an M.B.A. with focus in leadership studies from The Pennsylvania State University. Ron is involved with Temple University College of Engineering, serving on the alumni board, industrial advisory board, and board of visitors. He is also an instructor for various courses in construction and engineering curricula for the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia, Temple University, Widener University and Lorman Education Services, as well as for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Professional Review Courses.

Ron has served in various leadership positions for the Construction Management Association of America. He also serves as secretary to the ACE Mentor Eastern Pennsylvania Board and is an active ACE Mentor.

Ron is a recipient of the 2006 ‘Certificate of Honor’ from Temple University College of Engineering for distinguished alumni and was recently inducted into the 2012 ‘Gallery of Success’ for Temple University College of Engineering.

In addition to corporate financial responsibilities at GREYHAWK, Ron has a lead role in business development and has management responsibilities on both Construction Management and Consulting assignments.
