GREYHAWK was incredibly honored to receive a Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter Project of the Year Award (Higher Education, Under $20M Category) for the Rowan College of South Jersey Inspira Nursing & Health Professions Center Addition. The award was presented during a ceremony held Friday, 13 June 2025 at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia.
HAWK CEO Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP; Director of Construction Management and Commissioning Services Robert J. Dinan, PE, CCM, LEED AP; and Assistant Project Engineer Jessica Haya, CMIT, were joined by representatives from Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) to accept the award.
“This recognition is a true testament to the dedication, collaboration, and hard work our team puts into every project,” said Kerins. “Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this achievement possible. Here’s to building excellence, one milestone at a time!”
To accommodate expanding programs, RCSJ hired GREYHAWK to manage construction of an addition to the Inspira Nursing & Health Professions Center – a 2016 CMAA Project of the Year Award recipient. Construction of the 15,000-sf concrete masonry unit (CMU) addition was complicated by the need to manage work, safety, and noise within the active campus building. The two-story addition contains eight classrooms that simulate hospital environments and incorporate advanced technology, plus four new offices. The addition opened in August 2024.
