GREYHAWK provided construction management support services to the university’s in-house construction management team for a new high-tech learning facility. The facility serves as a hub for the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship and the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility; it contains a 150-seat lecture hall, classrooms, computer labs, market research labs, and a financial trading floor.
GREYHAWK provided monthly project schedule review and analysis throughout construction; held direct meetings with contractors to validate protocols and conformance with project requirements; reviewed change orders and potential change orders; performed quantity takeoffs and validated contractor production rates, manpower, equipment, materials, and pricing with independent cost estimates; and compiled and presented information and supported the university in change-order negotiations.
