GREYHAWK CEO and Chairman Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, FCMAA, LEED AP, has been inducted into the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) College of Fellows. Amongst CMAA’s highest honors, Fellowship recognizes members who have made significant contributions to the construction management profession, industry, and association. Kerins was one of 11 members – the largest class to date – inducted during the CMAA2025 flagship event held October 19-21 in Nashville.
“CMAA members are selected for Fellowship in recognition of their leadership in the program and construction management profession, contributions to its advancement, unwavering support of CMAA, and dedication to future generations,” said Lisa Sachs, FAIA, CCM, FCMAA, Chancellor of the CMAA College of Fellows. In remarks during the ceremony, she cited Kerins “for his unwavering commitment to CMAA through decades of local and national leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for education.”
Kerins has been a CMAA member since 1990, was appointed to the Mid-Atlantic board of directors in 1997, served as Vice President from 2000-2001, and as President from 2002-2004, during which the chapter was the 2003 ‘Most Improved Chapter.’ Kerins was elected to the CMAA National Board and served from 2004-2010, where he participated on the Foundation Board and Professional Practice Committee. He continues active involvement with the Mid-Atlantic Chapter and was recently appointed to its executive board.
As GREYHAWK CEO, Kerins leverages 40+ years of industry experience to lead staff and clients with emphases on communication, cooperation, and careful planning. He holds an M.B.A. with concentration in Leadership Studies from The Pennsylvania State University and dual B.S. in Architecture and B.S. in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology degrees from Temple University, where he has been recognized in the College of Engineering Gallery of Success and with a Certificate of Honor for Distinguished Alumni. Kerins is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and member of the Irish American Business Network Chamber. He serves as Borough of Brookhaven (Pa.) Planning Commission Chair, on the Gloucester County (N.J.) Chamber of Commerce board, on the Widener University Engineering School Construction Management Program Industrial Advisory Board, and on multiple Temple University boards. He teaches at several universities, for Lorman Education Services, and for CMAA Professional Review Courses and its CCM preparatory classes, and he is past executive board chair of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia.
