Negotiation Assistance
GREYHAWK provides negotiation assistance to settle claims or disputes early without mediation, arbitration, or trial. We facilitate the process by scheduling and structuring meetings, helping each party understand other positions, and keeping discussions relevant. As facilitators, we represent neither party, and both parties split the cost of our services. In some cases, GREYHAWK may be hired by one party to assist with preparing for or attending a scheduled negotiation, or we can remain anonymous.
