On June 8, 2025, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey, GREYHAWK Director of Construction Management and Commissioning Services Robert J. Dinan, PE, CCM, LEED AP, officially retired from the United States Army.
Colonel Dinan, G3, 78th Training Division, is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and a graduate of the Eisenhower War College of the National Defense University, which focuses on national security and resource strategy. Colonel Dinan served as Battalion Operations Officer, Brigade Operations Office, Battalion Commander, Brigade Commander, and Division Operations Officer / Assistant Chief of Staff. In addition to his expertise as an Army Engineer, Colonel Dinan held a functional area in Information Operations, where he gained experience commanding teams supporting Special Operations Forces in the Global War on Terrorism.
