GREYHAWK provided construction management services to the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (PADGS) and West Chester University for the demolition of a dormitory and construction of a new five-story building to house the College of Business and Public Management. The building contains the accounting, criminal justice, economics and finance, geography and planning, management, marketing, and public policy and administration departments and houses the Cottrell Entrepreneurial Leadership Center, Center for GIS and Spatial Analysis, and Center for Social and Economic Policy Research. Two floors of faculty offices cap three floors of classrooms and meeting rooms. Sustainable features were woven into design and construction, enabling the project to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

GREYHAWK served as liaison between PADGS, the university, design professionals, contractors, and municipal and state inspection agencies. The scope included hazardous materials abatement, demolition, and construction on an active university campus, requiring careful safety and logistics planning. GREYHAWK implemented a methodology of communication, coordination, monitoring, documentation, and follow-up to ensure successful project completion.
