GREYHAWK provided construction management and HVAC commissioning services for a new one-story building to be occupied by the New Jersey Department of Labor, Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, and Gloucester County Department of Economic Development. The building includes conference, training, and interview rooms; offices; and a waiting area.
During pre-construction, GREYHAWK focused on developing the budget and design schedule, ensuring quality construction documents, logistics planning, design review for constructability, guidance through the bid and award process, and professional objective advice and representation. During construction, GREYHAWK provided active field oversight, conducted project meetings, maintained the budget, dealt with sensitive issues, and worked with the design and construction team to address cost and schedule issues. GREYHAWK also reviewed the HVAC equipment and systems and performed primary HVAC system commissioning including building automation system (BAS) commissioning, operations and maintenance manual review, training verification, and procurement and management of testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services.
