GREYHAWK provided construction management and HVAC commissioning services for a new one-story academic center featuring a campus centerpiece clock tower. The Math & Engineering Center contains classrooms, a student lounge, administrative offices and support facilities, storage, and restrooms.

During pre-construction, GREYHAWK focused on developing the budget and design schedule, ensuring quality construction documents, logistics planning, design review for constructability, guidance through the bid and award process, and professional objective advice and representation. During construction, GREYHAWK provided active field oversight, conducted project meetings, maintained the budget, dealt with sensitive issues, and worked with the design and construction team to address cost and schedule issues. GREYHAWK also reviewed the HVAC equipment and systems and performed primary HVAC system commissioning including building automation system (BAS) commissioning, operations and testing manual review, training verification, and procurement and management of testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services.
