GREYHAWK provided construction management services to support renovations and additions to Northley Middle School and construction of a new Coebourn Elementary School.

Phased over two summers with work during the school year while the building was occupied, the Northley Middle School project consisted of 133,700 sf of building renovations, including complete renovations to the library, computer lab, and television studio; renovations to the indoor pool and kitchen areas; MEP system upgrades including a hybrid geothermal HVAC system; and 15,000 sf of additional classrooms, circulation, and administrative spaces. The project was completed while maintaining all school programs.

The new Coebourn Elementary School was built as a direct replacement of a previous school that was demolished in advance of the new construction. The two-story school accommodates 360 students in grades K-5. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the school features a hybrid geothermal HVAC system, solar lighting, full-size gym, updated parking, security system, and playground.
