GREYHAWK provided construction management and consulting services through the design and construction phases of the new municipal building and library facility.

Our design phase scope included development and maintenance of the project budget and master schedule, cost estimating and management, plan review and overall program management. Working closely with the Township’s architect and civil engineer, plans were developed for a 45,000 square-foot mixed use building which reflected the character of Moorestown.

The complex consists of a 26,000 square-foot library, including a children’s section and café space, and 19,000 square-foot administrative and court space. GREYHAWK assisted the Township in furniture procurement for both the library and municipal building, and coordinated the relocation of the existing library and temporary town hall facility into the new complex.

GREYHAWK provided full time on-site construction management, and also provided HVAC commissioning for the project.
