GREYHAWK supported MaST Community Charter School, one of the highest-ranked charter schools in the U.S., as owner’s representative for development of a new K-12 school. Planned to be constructed in two phases, the Phase I project comprised improvement of a 20-acre site and construction of an award-winning three-story building to accommodate 600 students in grades K-6.
GREYHAWK provided expertise in support of real estate due diligence, environmental assessment and permitting, land development entitlements, design team engagement and coordination, project financing, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and overall project management.
