GREYHAWK provided commissioning services for a three-story renovation into classrooms, offices, a drill hall, mechanical spaces, conference rooms, dining spaces, and common areas. The scope included basic commissioning of the HVAC and automatic temperature control (ATC) systems including air-handling units (AHUs), variable air volume (VAV) components, ductless split systems (DSSs), perimeter radiation, boilers, pumps, cabinet unit heaters (CUHs), and unit heaters (UHs), along with testing, adjusting, and balancing.
