GREYHAWK provided construction project management services for renovations to a cGMP facility to house a new biologics production line. The RhoGAM^® project occupies space adjacent to an existing plasma production line, which was required to remain operational throughout the project.

GREYHAWK worked closely with the design team to confirm constructability, establish the project schedule, verify owner requirements, define bid packages, and review in-house contracts. The project was bid as multiple prime contracts. GREYHAWK served as construction manager, establishing project controls, preparing and coordinating all new tie-ins for plant utilities and process lines, and scheduling critical work during the plant’s annual four-week shutdown. GREYHAWK also provided assistance with commissioning and validation.
