GREYHAWK provided commissioning for seven schools throughout the Hazlet School District. Our scope of services included basic commissioning of the HVAC and automatic temperature control (ATC) systems including boilers, pumps, air-conditioning units, condensing units (CUs), cabinet unit heaters (CUHs), unit heaters (UHs), ductless split systems (DSSs), and exhaust fans (EFs), along with testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB).
Projects included the following:
- Beers Elementary School - $5 million | 32,000-sf one-story elementary school HVAC upgrade
- Cove Road Elementary School - $5 million | 32,000-sf one-story elementary school HVAC upgrade
- Hazlet Middle School - $5 million | 68,000-sf one-story middle school HVAC upgrade
- Lillian Elementary School - $5 million | 32,000-sf one-story elementary school HVAC upgrade
- Middle Road Elementary School - $2.6 million | 38,000-sf one story elementary school HVAC upgrade
- Raritan High School - $5.9 million | 77,000-sf two-story high school two-year phased mechanical systems upgrade
- Raritan Valley Elementary School - $2.6 million | 40,000-sf one-story elementary school HVAC upgrade
- Sycamore Drive Elementary School - $1.2 million | 37,000-sf one-story elementary school HVAC upgrade
