GREYHAWK provided design-build construction management services to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) for a new three-story elementary school that serves 705 students in grades PreK-8.
GREYHAWK’s construction management scope included design, submittal, shop drawing, and schedule reviews for compliance with the new state design-build performance specifications and standards and construction and post-construction services. In addition to the new building, site development consisted of playing fields and courts, play areas, traffic maneuvering, and limited parking. The project was completed on time and earned LEED Gold certification.
