GREYHAWK served as the owner’s representative for pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of a new medical school facility and participated in installation of critical MEP systems. Developed by Rowan University, Cooper University Hospital, and the Camden County Improvement Authority, the Cooper Medical School project included developing and building a new medical education and basic science research facility in Camden, adjacent to the Cooper University Hospital campus. The six-story building contains 25 technology-rich active learning rooms for small-group instruction, simulation and research labs, gross anatomy and vivarium spaces, an auditorium, lounge and dining areas, administrative offices, and associated support spaces. The building earned LEED Gold certification.
