Community College of Philadelphia Career and Advanced Technology Center

GREYHAWK served as owner's representative in the administration and construction management of a new Career and Advanced Technology Center (CATC) that will offer academic and technology programs in support of regional workforce development. GREYHAWK represented the college from pre-construction and procurement through construction and close-out. The scope included managing remediation and demolition of an existing building; incorporating special mechanical systems for automotive maintenance labs, a diesel lab, and welding areas; and working within the confines of a restricted urban site. Designed to achieve LEED Silver (certification pending), the project included a green roof and commissioning.
