Circle of Seasons Charter School

GREYHAWK served as owner’s representative through the planning, design, and construction of a partial renovation of a 40,000-sf single-story K-8 school. Completed over the summer break, the project finished in time for school to open. GREYHAWK also served as a trusted advisor for comprehensive improvements to the school’s facilities and its 40-acre campus, including the preparation and implementation of a campus master plan that will involve facility expansion and development of additional arts, recreation, and learning environments.
