Campbell’s Headquarters

GREYHAWK provided project and construction management services for a multi-phased, 300,000-sf facilities capital modernization program at The Campbell’s Company (formerly Campbell Soup Company) headquarters in Camden, N.J. The project included renovations of four spaces: the existing office, tower, pilot plant, and a new campus center. Construction commenced in 2023 with completion in spring 2025.

Campbell’s Headquarters renovations comprised four separate, four-month phases of work to transform spaces with bright and colorful finishes and an energetic feel. The renovated building includes petrified moss green walls, standalone furniture pod meeting spaces, open collaboration areas, and new furniture. The tower renovations encompassed a complete gut and fit-out of two floors to convert underutilized spaces into lively offices for approximately 200 employees. The project combined open and enclosed offices and conference spaces to support product research and development. The pilot plant renovations included interior demolition and fit-out of previously open storage areas to house the relocated snacks division pilot plant. The project included new epoxy resin floors, multiple roll-up doors for equipment access, and new clean and sanitary base building finishes. As the ‘heart’ of campus, the campus center connects all other buildings with open collaboration space. The renovation involved interior demolition and fit-out to include a full-service coffee bar, fun and games area, and large audio-visual heritage wall to showcase the company’s rich history. The campus center doubles as a communal gathering space for employees and a conference center for smaller town-hall-style events.

The project marked GREYHAWK’s second with Campbell’s, after previously providing design and construction project management for a new Employee Services Building, which serves as a gateway to the headquarters.
