GREYHAWK provided design and construction project management for a new gateway to Campbell Soup Company’s global headquarters. The project scope included renovations to adjacent spaces, upgrades to employee entries, and utility relocations – all completed without disrupting campus operations. GREYHAWK collaborated with the design team to perform constructability reviews, develop project controls, monitor independent cost estimating deliverables, define bid packages, review and provide comments on in-house contracts, and incorporate sustainable design elements to qualify the building for LEED Silver certification. During construction, GREYHAWK served as on-site construction manager.
