GREYHAWK provided project management oversight for construction of a five-story, 60-unit boutique condominium building. GREYHAWK worked closely with the client to manage the design and construction team’s work product, budget, and schedule, to keep the project on track, ensure conformance with Toll Brothers standards, and mitigate post-occupancy issues.
GREYHAWK performed peer reviews of all construction documents and specifications during the design phase. During construction, GREYHAWK observed installation of key items, provided deficiency observations to the team, and reinspected as necessary and verified collection of releases, waivers, guarantees, as-builts, and manuals. GREYHAWK provided closeout services including monitoring completion, ensuring final approvals, assisting with punch list preparation, performing final inspections, reviewing deferred maintenance schedules and replacement costs; and compiling final, accurate as-built documentation into a transition binder for the building’s homeowner association to describe proper maintenance and operation of all building components.
