MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (August 2016) – GREYHAWK announces they have separated from Louis Berger, a business partner since 2009. The move comes as both firms look to creating better business platforms on which to move forward as separate entities. Both firms will continue to pursue opportunities where their collaboration will add value to clients. The move marks the return of GREYHAWK to a 100% Employee Owned firm.
GREYHAWK, organized in 1996, is headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and managed by three principal partners, Charles F. Boland, PE, Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP and Charles J. Caramanna, PE, LEED AP.
