GREYHAWK is seeking professionals to fill scheduling roles.
Scheduler position prerequisites include:
- 10+ years of scheduling experience in the construction industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations graphically, in writing, and verbally.
- Forensic work experience a plus.
- Construction/project site experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with key members of the project and consulting team and client to develop overall project construction plans and master schedules.
- Develop schedules using P6 and Microsoft Project software.
- Develop and maintain project schedule reports, KPI reports, and ad-hoc reports as directed by management.
- Create, update, and analyze CPM schedules and recommends workarounds and schedule improvement ideas.
- Communicate schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports.
- Interact with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule.
- Identify schedule-related problems that arise during project execution and recommend corrective actions and solutions.
- Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on schedule.
- Conduct construction/project site visits for progress reporting if required.
- Assist with development and/or analysis of post-construction delay analyses.
- Perform reviews of contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates for compliance with the specificationsand overall reasonableness.
- Develop and/or review time extension requests.
- Assist with development and/or analysis of post-construction delay analysis.
