GREYHAWK is seeking professionals for quality on-site construction managers to oversee and manage public/private construction projects including educational facilities throughout the entire state of New Jersey.
The position prerequisites include:
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is required, master’s degree a plus; however, demonstrated field experience as a Construction Superintendent provides equivalent qualification.
- Professional certification/License (PE, LEED, or CCM, etc.) is a plus.
- Responsibilities include effectively and efficiently managing large projects.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
