Immediate positions available for an experienced construction claims professional with a minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims. A bachelor degree in engineering or architecture is required. Candidates must possess strong forensic capabilities and be skilled in accepted methods of quantifying both delays and damages on large multidisciplinary projects. Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, Word, and Excel is required. Expert testimony experience is preferred. Professional certifications/licenses (PE, CCE, CCM, etc.) preferred.

The position prerequisites include:

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is required, master’s degree a plus; however, demonstrated field experience as a Construction Superintendent provides equivalent qualification.
  • Professional certification/License (PE, LEED, or CCM, etc.) is a plus.
