Tania has 25+ years of experience in the construction industry with a track record of project, construction, and design management with expertise in the educational sector. She serves as a GREYHAWK Project Manager.
Tania offers excellent technical, planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, reporting, contract preparation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels. She has a proven success rate at bringing projects to completion on schedule and below budget.
Tania holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Leningrad Academy of Railway Engineers in St. Petersburg, Russia (the equivalent of an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering in the U.S.).
