Ross Caldwell, CCM, PMP, LEED AP

Ross Caldwell has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry and serves in an oversight role on multiple projects for GREYHAWK. Ross has also been involved in multi-million dollar new construction projects as well as renovations and historical restoration. Previous assignments have included institutional, continuing care, industrial, wastewater, water treatment, heavy highway, and rail facilities.

Ross received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University. He is a Certified Construction Manager in association with the Construction Management Association of America, a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Ross’ construction management skills include value engineering, preconstruction analysis of plans and specifications, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, oversight/inspection, progress monitoring, payment processing, change order negotiation, and construction claims evaluation.

Away from the office, Ross is involved in emergency management. He has been a member of the Salem County CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) for five years and the Volunteer Manager of the 200 member team from taking the Team Leader role during Hurricane Irene until stepping down at the end of 2015. He led SC CERT in support of the Salem County Office of Emergency Management through a number of other events including a response to the Summer 2012 Derecho and Superstorm Sandy.
