Biography

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Role

2007

Joined GREYHAWK

Ron has 30+ years of experience representing owners as a construction consultant, which has allowed him to hold various industry leadership positions. His proficiency in the areas of project and program management, value engineering, contract administration, cost control, scheduling and construction claims led to his current position as CEO. Ron provides exemplary company leadership and also serves as GREYHAWK Chairman of the Board.

Ron’s management approach during all phases of a program reflects his belief that owners gain significant value in engaging a construction manager or owner’s representative early. He promotes this value through effective communication, careful planning, considering the operational aspects of a facility, and adhering to budget and schedule constraints, all of which are critical to successful project outcomes.

Always seeking to add value to GREYHAWK clients and staff, Ron’s corporate philosophy reflects an overarching mission of partnering for shared success. He was instrumental in the reacquisition of GREYHAWK in 2016 and subsequently led the firm’s transition into employee ownership with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and holding company in 2021.

Ron earned an M.B.A. with a leadership studies focus from The Pennsylvania State University as well as dual B.S. in Architecture and B.S. in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology degrees from Temple University, where he remains an active and supportive alumnus.
