Michael has 25+ years of construction and facilities management experience, including nearly two decades as facilities director for two New Jersey school districts. He serves as Construction Manager in GREYHAWK’s Construction Project Management Practice.
Michael’s experience overseeing construction projects and facility operations has been highlighted by attention to detail and a commitment to safety. In fact, he earned an Insurance Fund Safety Star for implementing safety practices in one of the districts where he oversaw facilities. Michael’s prior career included stints as a maintenance mechanic and supervisor for a poultry plant and several years with a commercial mechanical contractor. His hands-on construction proficiency and careful project management led to facilities director roles at Elk Township and Haddon Township school districts, where he built a lasting relationship with GREYHAWK. Michael prides himself on being a good listener. Outside of work, he volunteers his time and HVAC skills providing pro bono services to elderly neighbors.
Michael has been involved as an officer of the New Jersey School Buildings & Grounds Association (NJSBGA) since 2008. He served as secretary, treasurer, vice president, and president. Since ending his term as president in 2024, Michael has remained active in the organization to share knowledge and best practices.
