Larry has 30+ years of experience in construction and consulting as an owner’s representative and a construction claims expert preparing reports in support of, and in defense against, construction claims. He serves as a GREYHAWK Senior Managing Consultant.
As a member of GREYHAWK’s consulting group, Larry provides advice and technical assistance to clients during the settlement, mediation, arbitration, and litigation processes of dispute resolution. He evaluates construction contracts, project documents, schedules, and cost records to resolve construction claims involving site conditions, delays and disruptions, design changes, acceleration, inefficiencies, and design errors and omissions.
During earlier involvement with GREYHAWK’s construction management group, Larry managed significant marine and infrastructure projects. He previously served as Junior City Engineer for Dover, New Hampshire, and was an officer in the U.S. Army.
Larry holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
