With his extensive experience, John recognizes areas where project delays typically occur and provides suggestions up front to minimize delays and downstream claim activity. He consults with contractors and owners at the beginning of construction projects to establish proper project protocols regarding scheduling, evaluating time impacts, and developing procedures to minimize project impacts and delays.
