Joe Cutugno

Joe has 35+ years of experience leading projects for a plumbing and mechanical subcontractor. He leverages this background in a dual GREYHAWK role as a Commissioning Agent and Construction Manager.

A former member and elected officer of Local Union 322 Plumbers, Pipefitters, and HVAC Service Technicians, Joe also served as a union instructor and sat on the finance committee. He has completed plumbing and mechanical work throughout southern New Jersey, and has led significant major projects for area hospitals, high-rises, and public schools. There’s not much Joe hasn’t personally installed or overseen. He credits this experience and his attention to detail with making him a capable manager and careful commissioning agent. Off the clock you might find Joe surfing or relaxing on the beach in Atlantic City.
