Jim has 35+ years of construction experience with educational, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. He serves as a GREYHAWK Construction Manager.
Jim is a hands-on construction and design engineering professional who understands what it takes to successfully complete construction projects. Clients appreciate his effective and positive interactions with all project stakeholders from owners and designers to tradespeople and government officials. His knowledge includes plan and specification review, estimating, project scheduling, procurement, cost control, payment processing, coordination of trades, and final approval.
Jim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
