Cathy has over 35 years of human resources experience and administrative leadership in the construction consulting industry. She brings vast knowledge in her field, empathy for her colleagues, and commitment to compliance to her role as GREYHAWK Director of Human Resources.
Cathy leads all of GREYHAWK’s human resources, employee recruiting and retention, benefits, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) coordination. She sets policies, ensures employment law compliance, and supports open communication to make every employee feel like a valued part of the team. As a former global head of human resources, Cathy oversaw 5,000 employees worldwide. Her daily HR tasks were punctuated by world travel and the occasional challenging and unusual assignment – such as evacuating personnel quickly and safely from war zones. Cathy developed extensive experience in the application of multi-state employment laws, mergers and acquisitions, and identifying and advancing talent. She genuinely cares about her fellow staff members and continually seeks new ways to keep them engaged, informed, and accelerating in their careers.
In addition to active involvement in human resource organizations, Cathy is a past member of the Burlington County Institute of Technology Advisory Board and served on the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in Ocean City, N.J., and traveling to Disney, Las Vegas, and around the globe.
