Akash Ketkale, CMIT

Akash brings a civil engineering background and construction management graduate degree to his role as a Project Consultant. He supports GREYHAWK’s consulting practice with claims research, schedule and cost analyses, and report preparation.

A native of India, Akash studied civil engineering and worked professionally in the construction industry before following a friend to the U.S. in search of more sophisticated professional experience. An internship in construction consulting inspired him to pursue the field full-time, where he has developed strong research, analytical, and document management skills while gaining exposure to claims and dispute resolution, project controls, and project management.

Highly credentialed, Akash has completed multiple Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) courses with associated certificates, including Building a Collaborative, Data-Driven Specification Program, Sustainability Through Innovation, and Importance of Wall to Roof Connections. He also completed the Columbia University construction management credential program with courses Including: Construction Finance, Construction Industry: The Way Forward, Construction Cost Estimating and Cost Control, Construction Scheduling, and Construction Project Management.

A country music fan and avid traveler, Akash enjoys road trips with friends to listen to live music and visit new states.

Akash holds an M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University in Kolhapur, India.
