Two River Theater Center for New Work, Education, and Design

GREYHAWK provided owner’s representation services during design and construction of a three-story expansion to an existing theater. The project enabled the relocation of rehearsal studios; scene, costume, and prop shops; storage; and administrative offices from a remote building into a single unified facility. The scope included related site improvements and demolition of the former support facility after new building completion.

GREYHAWK served as a client advocate, supporting theater leadership in the management and coordination of the design team, development of the project budget and schedule, oversight of regulatory permits and approvals, engagement of the construction team, and pre-construction activities. During construction, GREYHAWK maintained an on-site presence to administer construction contracts; monitor progress, quality, and safety; coordinate project communications and meetings; and process contract documents including applications for payment and change order requests.
