GREYHAWK provided construction consulting, program management, and construction management for a project to build a new library and replace a municipal building damaged by fire. The mixed-use building incorporates a 26,000-sf library with children’s section and café and 19,000 sf of municipal administrative space, all reflecting the historic town’s character.
GREYHAWK’s scope included development and management of the project budget and master schedule, cost management, plan review, bid process management, and overall program management. Two separate construction cost estimates were prepared during design. GREYHAWK provided full-time on-site construction management and HVAC commissioning, assisted with furniture and technology procurement, and coordinated moves of the existing library and temporary town hall into the new complex.
