GREYHAWK provided construction management for renovations to the high school and a separate modular building used for district academic and administrative functions. The project involved interior and exterior renovations, sitework, HVAC and building system improvements, and roof re-seaming. Work required accommodating 300 students participating in summer school while renovations took place. The project was further complicated by discovery of compromised fiber board ductwork in the modular building, which required replacement with metal duct and affected all of the prime contractors.

GREYHAWK served as liaison between the Cheltenham School District and design and construction team members, emphasizing safety and logistics with contractors to ensure there were no impacts to the curriculum or to those occupying the buildings during the project. Through mutual respect and communication, the project successfully finished by the contractual completion date.
