GREYHAWK provided commissioning for a new two-story elementary school containing classrooms, offices, labs, gym, kitchen, cafetorium, and common areas. The scope included basic commissioning of the HVAC and automatic temperature control (ATC) systems including boilers, pumps, remote terminal units (RTUs), variable air volume (VAV) components, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, ductless split systems (DSS), makeup air units (MUAs), exhaust fans (EFs), cabinet unit heaters (CUHs), unit heaters (UHs), chiller, along with testing, automation, and balancing (TAB).
