Chuck has 25+ years of experience on public, commercial, and private residential construction projects and is well versed in the planning and coordination of all project phases. He serves as a GREYHAWK Construction Manager.
Utilizing his acquired construction knowledge, Chuck directs projects to successful completion on time and within budget. He provides services including monitoring daily site activities, preparing daily reports, managing submittals, ensuring proper accounting and contractor payment, managing RFIs and shop drawing review and implementation, cataloging and monitoring timely punch list completion, and interfacing with code officials, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Chuck holds a B.A. in History from Rutgers University and an A.A.S. from Gloucester County College.
