    GREYHAWK served as Owner’s Representative to Rutgers University for the construction of the new School of Nursing and Science Building on their Camden, NJ campus.

    This project consists of a new 100,000 square-foot building constructed on a tight urban corner in downtown Camden. It includes nursing simulation laboratories, lecture halls, case study classrooms, auditorium, seminar and computer labs, biology laboratories, physics laboratories with prep rooms and stack rooms, as well as physics research labs.

    In addition to student group study rooms, lounges and food service areas, there is retail space on the first floor of the building. Both schools have offices for department chairs, assistants, faculty, and lecturers. They include conference rooms, lecture hall, case study classrooms, medium classrooms, scale up classrooms and seminar rooms.
