GREYHAWK served as the Owner’s Representative to Rowan University for its new Cooper Medical School project in Camden, NJ, by providing pre-construction, construction and post-construction phase services. GREYHAWK also facilitated the installation of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

The project, developed by Rowan University, Cooper University Hospital and the Camden County Improvement Authority, included developing and constructing a new 200,000-square foot medical education and basic science research facility in Camden adjacent to the Cooper University Hospital campus.

The completed building includes an auditorium, lounge and dining area, building operations, simulation laboratories, gross anatomy and vivarium spaces, administrative offices, basic science research labs, lab support spaces and other associated support spaces.

The goal is to become LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, a status granted by the U.S. Green Building Council, at the Silver level.
