ResinTech Headquarters

GREYHAWK provided owner’s representation and HVAC commissioning services for construction of two ISO 13485-compliant facilities that form the ResinTech, Inc. headquarters. The 27-acre site development includes a 180,000-sf building housing manufacturing, laboratory, and research and development operations. A second 175,000-sf building contains packaging and production operations with temperature-controlled space and redundant power systems. Both buildings were designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. Site development involved remediation of contaminated land and connection with an adjacent rail line. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority “Grow New Jersey” tax credit program provided financial support for the project.

GREYHAWK served as a client advocate, administering the project and providing necessary staff to attend meetings, analyze costs and proposed change orders, monitor inspections, and collect and catalogue reports for project files. GREYHAWK also reviewed the HVAC equipment and systems and performed primary HVAC system commissioning for both buildings, including building automation system (BAS) commissioning, operations and maintenance manual review, training verification, and procurement and management of testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services.
