    GREYHAWK provided construction management services to the Kingsway Regional School District in support of the renovation and expansion of both the Middle School and the High School.

    Work at the Middle School included the addition of 16 general classrooms; “special purpose” spaces including an Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy (OT/PT) classroom, Child Study Team (CST), speech rooms and an art classroom; expansion and renovation of the main office area; addition of an auxiliary gymnasium, including a PE classroom and stage area; conversion of existing classroom space to boys and girls locker rooms; and expansion of the existing cafeteria (including addition of a faculty dining room).

    Work at the High School focused on converting the school into more clearly defined 9-10 and 11-12 grade “sides” of the building and includes addition of a 9-10 wing, including 13 classrooms, a science lab and Large Group Instruction (LGI) space; renovation and addition of the Media Center, renovation and addition to create an “honor” cafeteria; addition of a music suite, two classrooms, LGI and SGI wing in the 11-12 grade side of the school; renovation to create a new Central District Office area; addition and renovations to created new PE training rooms, a TV studio and a new computer lab.

    The project also involved site work, including the expansion of parking and revisions to existing storm water management measures.
