    This project consisted of, but was not limited to, the installation and setup of all the necessary controllers, network switches, power supplies, card readers, door contacts, request to exits, door horn strobes, cameras, motion detectors, camera alarm integration, access control video surveillance and intrusion detection equipment (hardware and software) as well as associated conduit, raceways and wiring. The project also included upgrading all of the existing software to the latest version provided by Lenel.

    GREYHAWK was hired by the Dormitory Authority State of New York to prepare a baseline CPM schedule for the security improvements for New York State Department of Health. GREYHAWK utilized Primavera P6®, a high performance project management scheduling software program, to create the schedule and provide on-site updates for the new security systems at three separate NYS DOH facilities.

    These facilities included the David Axelrod Institute and Biggs Laboratory in Albany, NY, and Griffin Laboratories in Guilerland, NY.
