    The project addresses both the High School and the Middle School facilities during a 23-month period of phased construction. Phase I and II focused on the Middle School Projects. The scope of work consisted of a complete roof replacement as well as replacement of transom windows, a full replacement of all HVAC systems including the addition of air conditioning to the cafeteria and gymnasium, a building-wide DDC system, electrical service upgrades, and fire alarm modifications. In addition to these projects Phase II included the construction of a 4,650 square-foot addition to house classrooms, offices and bathrooms.

    Phase III of the project addressed the High School. The scope of work consisted of a complete roof replacement, interior door replacements, complete replacement of all HVAC systems including the addition of air conditioning to classrooms in the original portion of the building, a building-wide DDC system, new hot water generation system, electrical service upgrades, and fire alarm modifications. The scope also includes the replacement of the original underground well water storage tank.

    The Delsea Regional Board of Education hired GREYHAWK to provide full construction management services as well as commissioning services throughout their program, including design, bid and award, and construction phases for this multi-package project.
