    Awards & Recognitions

In 2011, the Campbell Soup Employee Services Building was the winner of CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Project of the Year Award for Private Construction over $20 Million.

Campbell Soup’s Project Renew included work on their Global Headquarters and 70 acres of surrounding urban land to be developed into an executive office park. GREYHAWK provided project management services during design and construction phases of a new LEED-certified Employee Center Building (80,000 SF) that serves as the crown jewel of Campbell’s new headquarters entrance. This new marquee building houses Campbell University, a world-class cafÈ and kitchen, fitness center, company store, security center, state-of-the-art new board room and ancillary office space. The project also included renovations to adjacent spaces, upgrades to all employee entry spaces and existing utility relocations that had to be completed without disrupting Campbell’s ongoing operations.

GREYHAWK worked closely with Campbell’s design team throughout the design phase to confirm constructability, monitor independent cost estimating deliverables, define bid packages, review and provide comments on in-house contracts and incorporate a sustainable design that would qualify the building for LEED certification. Our services included providing constructability reviews, developing project controls and packaging bids. GREYHAWK’s role expanded to add assistance to the client with other on- and off-site projects.

GREYHAWK served as the construction manager for on-site observation and lead on multiple projects included in the program for Campbell Soup Company. Part of these services included project controls for all projects.
