GREYHAWK provided cost management consulting to facilitate change order negotiations between Camden County College and the general contractor of the Madison Hall Connector Building. GREYHAWK analyzed each unsettled or disputed change order request with contract documents to determine merit of the proposed change and recommend rejection or further negotiation. GREYHAWK evaluated costs and prepared independent estimates for change orders slated for negotiations. GREYHAWK efforts yielded approximately $100,000 in cost savings on disputed change orders and contributed to an orderly closeout of project financials.
